Terms of Service
These terms govern use of NexInvo, a product of NEXTEK GLOBAL (PVT) LTD, Negombo, Sri Lanka. Contact: sales@nextek.lk.
The service
NexInvo is a cloud multi-tenant web application. It connects an organisation’s QuickBooks Online company, lets authorised users browse invoices, and renders a printable Sri Lanka–oriented tax invoice. NexInvo is not a full accounting system. It does not create or edit invoices inside QuickBooks. It reads invoice data from QuickBooks Online and renders a tax-invoice layout for print.
Accounts
Access is provided to registered organisations. Users sign in with email and password. NEXTEK GLOBAL administers organisation accounts and may suspend access for breach of these terms. You are responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for activity under your organisation’s workspace.
QuickBooks Online
Connecting QuickBooks Online requires your explicit OAuth consent with Intuit. NexInvo is a third-party application that uses the QuickBooks Online API. It is not an official Intuit product and is not a partnership with Intuit. You may disconnect the integration from NexInvo or revoke access from your Intuit account at any time.
Print output
Tax invoices are rendered for print with A4 pagination. You may print directly or save a PDF through your browser’s print dialog. You are responsible for checking that printed documents meet your compliance needs.
Acceptable use
Use NexInvo only for your organisation’s legitimate invoicing documents. Do not attempt to access another organisation’s workspace or data.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
