What NexInvo does
NexInvo is a multi-tenant web application. It connects an organisation’s QuickBooks Online company after explicit consent, lets users browse invoices, and renders a printable Sri Lanka–oriented tax invoice. It does not create or edit invoices in QuickBooks.
Account information
When an organisation is registered, NexInvo stores organisation name and administrator email. Passwords are hashed and are not stored in plain text. An optional signature image may be uploaded at registration. Optional organisation banner and signatory images may be stored for invoice branding.
QuickBooks Online data
QuickBooks access is granted only after you complete Intuit OAuth consent. NexInvo reads invoice data from the connected QuickBooks Online company in order to list invoices and render tax invoices. OAuth tokens are stored securely on the server and are not shown in the user interface.
Disconnect and revocation
You may disconnect QuickBooks Online from NexInvo at any time. You may also revoke access from your Intuit account. After disconnect, NexInvo no longer uses that connection to read invoices.
Organisation isolation
Each organisation has its own workspace, QuickBooks connection, and invoice data isolation from other organisations on the same platform.
